miles hano was uh I could actually do more but today the other day I really
kick my butt and my whole point is that kick your own butt first I know it sounds funny but don't wait for someone or life or some event to kick your butt
and you're tired and exhausting worn-out and destroyed for a week or a few days
kick your own butt constantly so you're ready for life so when life does kick
