Super short not quite complete story

So I went into this knowing it was s short story. What I didn't realize is that this story ends at 34% making it super short. I read this in 30 minutes. It was a cute little story with a few editing errors but I was expecting more when all of a sudden the story ended. No epilogue, no angst really and no real answer as to how Jonathan and Mia ended up. I can make assumptions but that's not what I want when reading, I want the story teller to finish the story. It was an ok read for Kindle Unlimited but I did not read the other two books because that was not the story I wanted.
