Mark Bergin speaks with former NFL kicker Sean Conley about his new book "The Point After: How One Resilient Kicker Learned there was More to Life than the NFL."

 They discuss the dangers of overtraining, how to overcome rejection and the importance of having a strong support system.

 Conley also discussed his memories of playing in college with legendary running back Curtis Martin. In the NFL, Conley was a teammate of Barry Sanders and Jim Harbaugh.
