Have you ever made a decision, faced the consequences, and then wondered why God allowed it to happen?

Sometimes we ask God for things without considering His warnings. We follow our own desires, ignore the direction He's given us, and then struggle when things don't turn out the way we expected.

In 1 Samuel 8, Israel demanded a king despite God's warnings about what that decision would cost them. Their story raises an uncomfortable question for us today:

Are we blaming God for the consequences of decisions we insisted on making?

Take a moment to breathe, slow down, and give God the things you can't control.

We live in a world where answers are only a few taps away.
Need relationship advice? Instagram has it.
Need financial advice? Someone has a reel for it.
Need direction? Somebody online has an opinion.
But here's the question: Are we finding wisdom, or are we just collecting opinions?

In this episode of Kidds Room Podcast, we talk about where true wisdom comes from and why God's Word should be our foundation when we're trying to figure out life.
I'll share the story of “The Boy Who Asked Everyone”, talk about the difference between information and wisdom, and look at what Scripture says about seeking God's wisdom instead of allowing the loudest voice to guide our lives.

How many times have you told yourself, “One day, I'll get closer to God”? One day, I'll stop making the same mistakes. One day, I'll take my faith seriously. One day, I'll finally change.

But what if you keep putting off the very thing God is calling you to do today?

In this episode of Kidds Room Podcast, we're talking about the power of NOW, the importance of responding to God's call, and how small decisions made consistently can transform your walk with Him.

You don't have to become perfect overnight. You have to be willing to start. Whether it's turning away from sin, building discipline, choosing obedience when it's difficult, or finally surrendering your life to Christ, don't let “later” become an excuse to ignore what matters today.

Have you ever wondered if God is speaking, but you just don't recognize His voice?

In 1 Samuel 3, Samuel hears the Lord calling him, but he doesn't recognize who is speaking at first. It takes guidance, understanding, and a willingness to listen before Samuel responds, “Speak; for thy servant heareth.”

In this video, we're looking at **1 Samuel 3:2–10 and 1 Samuel 3:19–21**, with a special focus on verses 10 and 21. We'll explore what Samuel's experience teaches us about recognizing God's voice, growing in His Word, and developing a heart that's willing to listen and respond.

Sometimes we're so focused on looking for an answer that we forget to prepare ourselves to listen.
