Gunnar loves bowling and always brings his special bowling ball, he lovingly named the blue lagoon. However, Gunnar's fingers have grown, and his lucky ball no longer fits quite right. During the competition, the ball keeps getting stuck on his fingers, causing him to miss a few important shots. Lucky Anna is there to help him search for a new ball that feels just right. Gunnar returns to the bowling alley, feeling ready to give his best. He realizes that sometimes change can lead to something even better and learns that adapting to new situations can be exciting and rewarding.

Gianna returns from a fun-filled family vacation with a newfound love for cycling. Excited to pursue her passion, she joins the local girls' cycling team, where she quickly admires the team leader, Bianca. However, Gianna soon notices that the team regularly indulges in junk food, which she believes is slowing them down. Bianca, on the other hand, enjoys eating junk food and doesn't see a need to change. Determined to help her team reach their full potential, Gianna suggests they try eating healthier to see if it improves their performance. To everyone's surprise, including Bianca's, the healthier diet gives the girls more energy and focus during their rides. Ultimately, the team learns that what they eat truly impacts their performance, and they decide to make better food choices together as they continue their cycling journey.

Hugo is excited to attend art camp with his cousin but finds himself struggling with the camp's activities. There's just too much waiting, and patience is not one of Hugo's strong suits. At the new camp, Hugo and his cousin participate in a game of Red Light, Green Light. This fun and engaging game helps Hugo learn the importance of listening and practicing self-restraint. Through the game, Hugo discovers how to control his impulses and wait for the right moment to move. By the end of the camp, Hugo has gained valuable skills in patience and self-control. He realizes that listening and knowing when to stop are powerful tools that can help him in many aspects of life.

Celine is preparing for the Special Olympics with her teammates Juliette, Josie, and Camille. She is determined to perfect her flip turn, a crucial move for their upcoming relay tournament, but when she asks for help, she does not find it. On the day of the big tournament, Celine runs into trouble, causing her team to place in a lower spot, and just before the Special Olympics World Games! Despite their disappointment, the teammates come together to talk about what happened and how they can improve. Through open communication and teamwork, they realize the importance of supporting each other. They decide to partner up and take turns helping one another with different skills. By working together and offering mutual support, they not only improve their techniques but also strengthen their bond as a team.

Siobhan comes from a long line of Irish dancers but needs help finding her natural rhythm. Father, Patrick, notices her frustrations and decides to help in a unique way. He takes Siobhan kite flying, where he teaches her to understand and work with the wind and the environment, emphasizing the importance of trusting the process and being patient. Through this experience, Siobhan learns to tune into her senses and use the lessons from kite flying to enhance her dancing.
