Hey everyone im Tameka welcome back to Let's Talk About It.I want to talk about kids and covid and how serve covid is right now in kids.Its two forms of covid that are getting the first one is called Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome also called(MIS) its a condition where different body parts can become inflamed including the heart,lungs,kidneys,brain,skin,eyes,or organs.You can die from this.children under the age of 21 this virus can be found in them.Also Adults over the age of 21 as well,Symptoms of (MIS) parents i need for you to be aware of and look for stomach pain,bloodshot of eyes,diarrhia,dizzness,lightheadness,low blood pressure,skin rash,vomiting. Now 2nd one is called scars 2 its an upper respiratory disease.This virus can infect people and some animals.It can also spread from person to person through droplet's released when an infected person coughs,sneezes,or talk.It may also be spread by touching a surface with the virus on it and then touching ones's mouth,nose,or eyes.The symptoms parents that may appear are fever,chills,cough,shortness of breath or difficulty breathing fatigue,muscle or body aches,headaches,new loss of taste or smell,sore throat,runny nose,vomitting,diarrhea also trouble breathing,presistent pain or pressure in the chest,also inablility to wake or stay awake,pale,gray,or blue colored skin, lips or nail beds depending on skin tone.Also talked about my kids having covid and what covid did to our family,also making sure teachers stay safe as well as the students in the school.
