With over fifteen years in education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, she has established and led a high-performing charter school in Memphis, TN, and led transformation efforts as a school leader in Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, NC. After founding Grizzlies Prep in Memphis, TN, she led the school to rank in the top 5% of schools in the state for year-to-year student growth. She has worked as a network-level leader at the elementary and middle school levels and as a teacher in district and charter schools.
