The multi variable issue in our world today is causing a backlash of issues on our mental health and daily routine. It’s vital we get back to a point of normalcy. Suicide is up and mental health down. We don’t have to stay this way. Find a hobby an interest, start a book club. Things that may help engage with others. We’re all in this together, not the only one dealing with it.
