As I sit in the parking lot waiting to pick up my sister from school, I’m choosing to reflect.

It hurts to see people suffer in silence. Hurt people will continue to hurt people; but healed people can heal people. It’s a ripple effect.

I’ve literally been avoiding this episode…lol. But it’s time to be real; it’s time to be intentional. So imma call myself out a bit.
