Good morning and welcome to Wake Up — where we wake up. ☀️
Today we’re in Philippians 4:4–7, one of the most practical, life-steadying passages in the Bible.
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice.”
“Do not be anxious about anything…”
“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Paul writes this while being persecuted, hunted, imprisoned, shipwrecked — and yet he says rejoice. Always.
The peace of God doesn’t always explain the storm.
It often just rises above it.
And when that peace guards your heart, it keeps bitterness out.
It keeps hopelessness out.
It keeps panic out.
It keeps the enemy from getting inside your thoughts.
Whether you're walking through something massive — job loss, health reports, family struggles — or something small and petty that wants to steal your joy for the next hour… this scripture applies.
Rejoice.
Pray.
Give thanks.
Receive peace.
Not sometimes. Always.
If this encouraged you, like it, share it, and subscribe so you don’t miss an episode.
