Basically the same plot as the first film, except this time it's a newspaper reporter being sent into the swamp to investigate some stories about illegal dumping. The giant Croc returns. More people die. Characters from the last film return. And individuals keep inexplicably jumping out of their boats, right into the crocodiles reach. It's the darnedest thing.
