We will get the Memphis in May recap from Malcom from the competition side and we will also get his thoughts on the winners and how the event was in general. We will also discuss the new 2019 BBQ Hall of Fame class and a few of his newly released recipes on YouTube.
Next, 2nd Tuesday of the month regular and show favorite, Sam The Cooking Guy joins me. Sam recently fried a steak in oil on his YouTube channel. When I was growing up, we did something kind of similar but it was with chunks of stew meat and we knew that as fondue...not with cheese! We will also talk about ELOTE which I just discovered last summer...I'm sure we will talk about nonsense as well!
