Season 1: Episode 4. Starting over. The Undertaker decides to take a different path in the business world. He decides to start over and learn everything he can about the actual technical aspects of a business. He studies voraciously. He becomes a business analyst studying hundreds of businesses. He then learns of a new world: corporate restructuring. Compared to his time in Russia, he sees this as a safe challenge, working with legitimate and law-abiding business people. On his first major project, he is appointed interim CEO of a 145 year old company that is in a free fall decline towards bankruptcy. While constructing a turnaround plan, he learns that this is the same company his grandfather's brother worked at for more than fifty years. Pulling together teams, communities and generations of inspiration it's an exciting path toward success. But, in the end, in his land of the dead and dying, he once again faces disappointment. He concludes that the legitimate world is far dirtier and more dangerous than the land filled with gangsters.
