In this episode we hear from Mitchelton-Scott's Sam Bewley, who crashed out the other day and has made it home to recover from a broken wrist and rib, from Sunweb's Nikias Arndt, teammate of stage winner Marc Hirschi, and from Connor Swift of Arkéa-Samsic about looking after Nairo Quintana.
