Kim Khardashian's counsel said a man name Nicholas Costanza, on one such visit informed her security that he was there to collect her for a dinner date. The other man named is Charles Peter Zelenoff, whom Khardashian referred to as a "stalker," in court documents obtained by TMZ said he was in love with her and that he would film videos outside her home. He was also accused of going on social media and expressing a desire to enter her house which TMZ reports is what persuaded her to take legal action.
