Dr. Kim LaScola Needy is Professor of Industrial Engineering and Dean of the Graduate School and International Education at the University of Arkansas where she previously served as the Industrial Engineering Department Head. Dean Needy is a life-long learner on the topic of leadership where she shares that her top five leadership values are service, respect, authenticity, integrity and making a difference. She is a Fellow and Past President of the Institute of Industrial & Systems Engineers and the American Society for Engineering Management, and a Fellow of the American Society for Engineering Education.
