Photographer and Motorcycle Enthusiast Kim Maroon comes by and asks Danny to make a vegetarian Lasagna.

Kim is going on almost 20 years having cut meat out and talks about what lead to that decision (in a not smug way!) She does have cheat days though, especially at a specific time of year that leads to both her and Danny to decide what could potentially be the best sandwich of them all.

Kim then gets into a little bit of a past relationship, what makes her happy with a partner, and how even though she's looking for someone she's not looking to settle.

Kim wraps it up talking about the Boston Motorcycle scene, how she felt accepted with arms wide open from the first day, and tells a story from her first day riding she'll always remember.
