Join us as we interview Kim Sexton-Lewter, a former middle school teacher who served as a public health educator at UNC Greensboro for nearly 20 years. She has a Masters in Public Health, a Masters in Conflict Resolution and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. She currently chairs the Concord - Cabarrus MLK Day Celebration Committee and is the past president of the Concord Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is an active member of the Cabarrus County Chapter of Down Home NC; the Black Political Caucus of Cabarrus; and a member of the Cabarrus Chapter of the NAACP.
