Kimber Starks is the driving force of VQM Reboot Program. This program instills creativity, art, and positive social interaction in today's youth. Kimber is very passionate about, not only the Reboot Program but, also the lasting effects it fosters in youth.  This is a non-profit organization that is picking up the slack that our current education system has created.
