With three years' experience working with adult and juveniles with substance abuse and mental health disorders, she has collaborated with officials on positively reforming laws concerned with juvenile incarceration and worked with researchers as a research assistant to create first Juvenile Justice Framework for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Employed currently as a Psychotherapist / Rehabilitation Councelor she has also worked as a mental health therapist, case manager and vocational evaluator at an Evaluation and Development Centre the United States.
