On this week’s episode, Bryant and Joe chat with Kimberly Bailey the creator of Charcuterie by Kimberly. Kimberly was able to use her corporate background to help takeoff her new found passion. She started making charcuterie boards for her family and posting pictures of them on her Instagram 5 years ago. She finally began selling to the public, April of this year. Growing up her mother was a florist who taught her the basics of color contrasts and texture matching, from that she was able to translate it into charcuterie boards. During the pandemic, Kimberly has been able to expand through her following on Instagram as well as being able to connect with other people that are part of the charcuterie community.
