KIND was born 12 years ago, in the US, by pioneering social entrepreneur, Daniel Lubetzky with a mission to make the world a little kinder; one snack and one act at a time. 

In 10 short years, Daniel had not only created and established a healthy snack bar category, but had built a $1bn business - taking America by storm.

Darren Wood spoke with Daniel to talk about the category growth and lessons he learned when starting up a new company.
