Peter interviews Alice Leafblad who teaches Social Studies and Life Skills at Libertyville High School in Illinois.  Mrs. Leafblad shares how her 5th grade teacher believed she could achieve more and invested his time into helping her find ways to be successful in class and extra- curricular activities.  Mrs. Leafblad follows his example in her teaching strategies today, helping students feel motivated, confident, and successful.
