Matt 4:8-10; Deuteronomy 6:10-13Pause Have you ever done something wrong and afterwards realized you had no idea why you did it? There is something inside all of us that causes us to do things even though we know they are wrong. You can call it whatever you want but Jesus calls it temptation. When we give into temptation it can make a mess of our lives! But what if in the moment of temptation we PAUSE and consider all that is at stake? Over the next few weeks we are going to look at how Jesus handled the temptations he faced and how we can overcome the ones we face.
