How can we prevent losing the blessings we already have in life, and keep from getting distracted? Why did Solomon stop appreciating what he had?

This was annoying to me like a soap opera when you know the person is cheating on their spouse and you yell at the TV to prevent it but they can’t hear you.

Okay, maybe it’s only me who has done that. :)
