IN THIS MESSAGE, WE SOUGHT TO KNOW THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF A PERSON WHO TRULY ENCOUNTERED THE LORD BEYOND SOME RELIGIOUS TRADITION OR CULTURE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MUST BE CRYSTAL CLEAR TO ALL CHRISTIANS AND NONE-CHRISTIANS ALIKE IS THE DISTINGUISHING MARK OF A TRUE FOLLOWER OF CHRIST. TRUE SPIRITUAL CONVERSION, WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS A SALVATION OR REDEMPTION, LAYS THE FOUNDATION FOR A LIFESTYLE THAT IS NOT NO LONGER LIMITED OR CAPTURED BY WHATEVER THIS WORLD CAN OFFER.
AS WE CONTINUE TO EXAMINE THE BOOK OF ACTS REGARDING THE ENCOUNTER OF SAUL ON HIS ROAD TO DAMASCUS ARE CLEAR EXPLICIT PROOFS IN THE RESULT OF A LIFE THAT IS TRULY CONVERTED, AS WE SEE THROUGH THE LIFE AND TESTIMONY OF BROTHER PAUL. THE RESULT OF A LIFE THAT TRULY ENCOUNTERED CHRIST JESUS IS A PROFOUND SPIRIT OF CONVICTION TO THE TESTIMONY OF SUCH LIFE.
ACT 9:15-19
15 But the Lord said to Ananias, “Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. 16I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” 17 Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here—has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” 18 Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized, 19 and after taking some food, he regained his strength.
