What does it mean for the Christian to know God? Far beyond the biblical data, knowing God is personal, intimate, and transformational. Bible data cannot produce this on its own. To know God is also to experience His power through the Holy Spirit. The spiritual union between the Christian and God produces different spiritual experiences in us, depending on how we rely on the Holy Spirit. In the end, His power in us and through us results in the believers overcoming suffering, trials, testings, and spiritual attack. These are outcomes which proceed from healthy spiritual DNA.
