In “Christ the King” we are studying the gospel according to Matthew. Matthew wrote to proclaim to all that Jesus is the Christ - the Messiah - the fulfillment of God’s promise of a King who would rule over an eternal kingdom. In this gospel we see the King who was revealed, the King who was rejected and the King who one day will return.

Our text this week is Matthew 19:30-20 through 20:1-16 and our theme is kingdom equality.

New Day Church is dedicated to fulfilling the core mission of Jesus based on Matthew 28:19-20. The three essential steps in this mission are making disciples, marking them through water baptism, and maturing them in their faith. Making disciples involves sharing the message of Jesus and guiding others to accept Him as their Savior. Once individuals decide to follow Jesus, they publicly demonstrate their commitment through water baptism. The next focus is on nurturing and developing their faith by teaching God's Word through Sunday teachings and engaging in small group discussions, fostering deeper understanding and support from fellow believers.
