This Sunday, we take a look at Mark 10:13-16. One of the things about Jesus is that He regularly surprised, even shocked, people. This text is no exception.

It may simply look like an endearing story of Jesus interacting with children, but there are very surprising elements in this story. You are encouraged to read this short story ahead of time and try to figure out what might have been shocking. This selection of scripture also sets the stage for our church’s annual foray into VBS.
