First we'll look at the Revelation 21 vision of Kingdom Life and see how that is a present and future vision. We will look at the process of developing a loving and trusting relationship with Jesus and see how the disciples managed that process.

Wherever Jesus is, the Kingdom of God has come near. The church is the bride of Christ and when the bride and groom are together as they should be, Kingdom Life happens. We will discuss what we can do when our relationship with Jesus gets off track. We will look at ways we can start things new with Christ who is able to change the order of things and make all things new.

Jesus shows the disciples that He is consistently loving, gentle, and compassionate. He proves to them that the nature of God is always to invite us to come to Him. He never wants to send us away. The disciples will want to test what they know about Jesus with all that they are hearing about Jesus from the world. Jesus responds to their confusion as a loving parent would when the disciples test His authority as their Lord. They will soon learn that Jesus is not only loving, compassionate, and gentle, but that He is God, and wherever Jesus is God, the kingdom life is near.
