There’s so much to mourn in this life—personal losses, community losses, even the brokenness of humanity itself. And Jesus leans into this truth, showing us that Kingdom Life gives us a different perspective on mourning.

And this is a different perspective for sure—Jesus calls some people blessed who seem like the opposite. People who mourn, people who grieve, people who feel the weight of loss. How can mourning be a blessing? It’s a huge question.
