Part 34 of our series in Matthew called “Kingdom Come”: What Kingdom are you really living for? The gospel of Matthew calls us to come and follow the promised King into His good kingdom.

Main Idea: What made the Pharisees and Sadducees so angry that they keep bothering Jesus? What is this that has been built up in their religiosity that has become “their leaven” that keeps them from embracing Jesus? When we do not heed the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees, we find ourselves in the place of Judas Iscariot. The Gospel is a reprieve from our own religiosity.
