As a mom, employee and entrepreneur Mia turns to God to stay grounded, peaceful and sustained. Since allowing herself to be convicted in her Faith, she has noticed an allowance, a flow and freedom that wasn't there before. The handing over to God is freeing, and of course not without confrontation, but brings forth a deeper certainty and clarity on who God wants her to be and do.

As an easy to talk to, everyday woman, she brings levity to hard topics, simplicity to chaos and creates safety in growth. Her Christian Coaching Practice is founded on spiritual expansion, emotional intelligence, body awareness and simplicity for business and life.
