Great Book Worth Reading A1

I didnt even know I finish this book so fast like God. I need part 3 lol. I want to know what will happen next. I was so hoping for John and Mariana to do the do and they finally did. Lmao I so want her with John but I don't I mean I hope he's nothing like Dornan, because I want her with him he's definitely the book babe in the book series. Lol Dornan becoming like his dad and it's sicking . I bet going to run away and poor Jason I bet he going to hate his dad for killing his mom.

cliffhangers!

Great story line and great characters. not just a clean cut love story like most books. I dont like waiting for cliffhangers though. can't wait for the end of the story!

Dark, Gritty and Captivating

I really wouldn't classify Empire, or the Cartel series a romance. Dornan Ross is a despicable, manipulative abuser and I find it disconcerting whenever I read reviews talking about how hot he is.

I really enjoyed the whole series. It was upsettingly realistic - a woman who is "property" of the cartel certainly would suffer the horror that Marianna suffers. She is pragmatic in her efforts to keep surviving in a life that rarely offers her any genuine happiness.

Both narrators do an outstanding job. I would have to say Roger Douglas has one of the loveliest voices I have ever heard. Deep, clear and very sexy!

An explosive second instalment to this raw and gritty story!! How is it possible that I have come to love Dornan despite hating him in the Seven Sons series!! Ugh!! I loved the constant push/pull between Mariana and Dornan and at first I was a bit hesitant about John but now I feel so torn!! Lili St Germain, you are an incredible author!!!! I can't wait for the final book!!!!

I love the narrators for this series!!! Roger Douglas is especially is PERFECT as Dornan!

This story leaves you hanging. it's pretty deep in a love triangle. The suspense, darkness and drama leaves you knowing the rest of the story will captivate you even more.
