The group come together this episode to discuss Fukunaga's brutal film 'Beasts of no nation' in a political discussion about child soldiers and cinema in Ghana. 

On this week's episode the group discuss the 2001 SciFi/Fantasy film 'Donnie Darko' as the film celebrates twenty years since its original release.  

After a short period away the group are back, discussing this week Bong Joon Ho's best picture winner 'Parasite'. The group delve into themes of class, gender and many hidden messages in which upon initial viewing were missed. Joined also this week by young filmmaker Jack Hill, the end of this episode features a short interview with him discussing his filmmaking endeavours so far and what more we can expect from him in the near future. 

On this week's episode of the podcast the group, joined by special guest Jay Taylor-Jones, discuss David Lowery's 2017 film 'A Ghost Story'. Delving into in depth discussions about the significance of life itself and debate as to how much the film resembles the John Lewis 2016 Christmas advert .
