This week it's all about indigenous film and we are absolutely honoured to have award winning director Warwick Thornton join us to talk about his new film, Sweet Country. Following his form from his debut feature film Samson and Delilah, Thornton has put forward an early contender for the best film of 2018.
Also joining us is the head of the Indigenous Department at Screen Australia, Penny Smallacombe. She gives us a brief background on the rise of indigenous filmmaking over the past few decades, and discusses the importance of having indigenous people in key creative roles in filmmaking.
