Auld Hag are the Purveyors of Scottish Scran. Greg launched Auld Hag in lockdown with his partner, and it started with deliveries of hot haggis, & tatties cooked in their flat for friends and Instagram followers. In this episode Gregg brings us up to date with what’s happened since then, including residencies and collaborations, cooking for the Scottish Government & his new shop which will be London's first ever Scottish cafe-deli which opens in Jan 2024.
