In the first episode of the new Kiosk N1C Stories Podcast, we chat to Kit Lockey and Toby Oxnam, the co-founders of Voices Radio, a community radio station on Lower Stable Street. Voices Radio launched in 2020 and was a natural evolution from the community-driven work they were already doing online. However since Voices Radio first opened its doors in Coals Drops Yard it’s gone from strength to strength and is quickly becoming one of London’s most exciting radio stations. In this chat we discuss how Voices first formed, the most rewarding part of their job, future plans and much much more.
