She discuss the importance of self acceptance and being honest with yourself. Kira express the importance of being an example for her children and the importance of creating a positive experience with the people you encounter. She explains why autumn is her favorite season and the importance of shedding old things. 

Season three will teach you how to mind your business, evaluate balance in your life, alopecia, incarcerations, the lose of a child, abuse, LGBTQIA, minimizing childhood traumas, love, dating, sex, and intimacy.
