This week I am talking racing with Kirk Daugherty and Jimmy Wyman who run and operate the historic Winchester Speedway. We talk about the month of May, how Jimmy and Kirk ended up working at Winchester as well as the many hats they wear there. We also dive into the speedway's history, all of the effort it takes to put on a race weekend and the upcoming 2019 events at Winchester. It was a real pleasure to have a conversation with two guys who are so passionate about short track racing and I encourage everyone to attend an event at Winchester this year.
