What exactly are strategies as Non-Violent Communication understands them? How are they different from desires, requests, demands, expectations, solutions? In this episode, I talk about the concept of 'pet strategies', explaining that we'll become more resilient the more strategies we have for fulfilling a need. Learn how you can become more proficient at finding strategies and why it's not helpful to jump to solutions when communicating with others.
