Hi friends! Before I intro this episode I want to quickly say that I use the word "digress" instead of "regress" which is the opposite of progress because it popped into my mind and rhymed and made sense LOL. Soooo, just use your imagination and swap out the incorrect word for the right one. This episode is a SOLO episode (woot woot)! I hope y'all enjoy listening to 40 minutes of just me ramble on about how to get out of your comfort zone and why. I truly enjoyed putting this episode together, although you may or may not notice that I was quite nervous.
