This episode is depressing. Sorry. No other way to put that. It's got disease, doom, gloom and pretty gross death stuff. It ain't pretty. But we still manage to make (inappropriate?) jokes about it!

This episode is also all about power, who believes they have it and how they really, really don't.

Oh, and Stef nearly breaks up with Beth because of her terrible opinions again. When will Beth learn?!
