Leina Horii and Brian Lea, creators and owners of Kisser BBQ in Nashville, TN join the show to share about their Japanese BBQ inspired pop-up. Both Leina and Brian have backgrounds in fine dining, including stints at acclaimed Nashville restaurants like The Catbird Seat and Bastion. They have branched out to create Kisser BBQ to share their love for the Japanese food Leina grew up eating.

Both Leina and Brian moved to Nashville from California and have a strong passion for providing fresh and wholesome dishes. Many of the vegetables and herbs used in their BBQ is grown in the 1,500 square foot backyard farm.
