Wonderful sweet romance

I absolutely enjoyed this book, I love to read multiracial historical fiction. It is nice to think of the past as something sweet and not always painful. Please continue to write more books like this. Look forward to hearing the story of prudence and Ricardo's brother

Kissing the Captain

I loved the story of Richardo and Lilly. I also like the setting in the 1800's. I recommend this book to everyone who loves romance novels. Dianna Alexander is a great author.

A must read!

This is the first historical romance novel I have read. The book held my interest from the first page to the last. There are surprises throughout the book. The author gives the readers insight into the lives of Ricardo and Lilly. There is also a character in the book that we all can relate, someone whom we seek wisdom. A must read...

I love history and I love romance. This captured me from beginning to end. A very good read, you won't be disappointed

Kianna Alexander, thank you for this novella. It was a nice surprise and I wish it was longer. It is very well written and the characters are well developed. Can't wait to read the other books in this series.
