Nepathya Foundation (formerly known as Behind the Scenes) is a NGO under the Companies Act 2013 that was started with the aim of empowering blue-collar employees and daily wage workers. We aim to bring those blue-collar employees to the forefront who have been working in the shadows, without due recognition.
