• Congressman Jamie Raskin is calling for Trump to take cognitive tests
• Trump is telling staffers that anyone within 200 feet of the Oval office will be pardoned before he leaves office
• In the California Governor’s race, Congressman Eric Swalwell is being called upon to step down due to the accusation of a former staff member who said she was sexually assaulted and harassed by the Congressman. Swalwell’s campaign chair Rep Jimmy Gomez has quit. San Jose Mayor and candidate Matt Mahan and Superintendent Tony Thurmond have all called for Swalwell to drop out.
