• Earlier today I mentioned that today is day 60 of the war in Iran. Under the War Powers Act of 1973, the President must terminate the use of Armed Forces in hostilities within 60 days of notifying Congress of military action unless Congress declares war, authorizes the use of military force, or grants a 30-day extension. Senator Adam Schiff of California is introducing the 6th war powers resolution tomorrow
• Lebanon’s Prime Minister says Israel’s killing of civil defense members is a new war crime
• An arrest warrant has been issued for ex FBI director James Comey
• Trump is putting his face and signature on US passports that will be issued around June through the summer to commemorate 250 years
• The FCC is reviewing Disney’s broadcast licenses
• The US soldier who has been charged with fraud after he made $400K on Polymarket with his bet on Maduro’s kidnapping has pled not guilty
