Kitchen Classroom, a culinary education center providing hands-on cooking classes, has acquired Henrico-based RVA Food Safety LLC, a provider of in-person ServeSafe Manager classes and testing. The acquisition will expand Kitchen Classroom's services to offer food safety training and certification to food service professionals in the Richmond area, company officials said in a statement.
