Shelley Ritchie is the founder of Moondance Heavenly Desserts. They are seriously some of the best gluten-free desserts I have ever had. More than just being a baker though Shelley has been a mentor for me over the past 6 years as I have grown Grateful Grahams. She's never been too busy to take a phone call, answer questions, or just listen. I am super grateful to her for that, and of course her awesome partner Paul who helps her run the business.
